Vehicle Administration Fee

Starting fiscal year 2027, all university vehicles will be subject to a $70/month administrative fee. The vehicle administration fee covers the costs of managing the safety and regulatory obligations associated with a large fleet. Learn more

Maintenance Plan

Maintenance plans ($198/month) are added to all Fleet Service lease agreements and are available as a one-time opt-in for new purchases of low-speed (electric carts), Class 1 and Class 2a vehicles. The plan covers all scheduled maintenance throughout the vehicle lifespan as well as repairs and replacements under normal wear and tear. Learn more

Fleet Share (Rental)

Rates are charged by the hour for the first five hours. Reservations switch to the daily rate on the sixth hour.

Insurance

Lease vehicles are recharged for insurance monthly by Fleet Services. Rates are calculated using Risk Managements FY 2026 rates plus the recommended percentage increase for FY 2027. True-up will take place in June 2027 upon approval of the FY 2027 rates.
