No carshare pod near you? Email Fleet@ucsd.ecu and tell us your office location and your expected carshare usage. We’ll use this information to launch new carshare locations.

Current UC San Diego students, staff and faculty members can join Enterprise CarShare with no application fee or membership fee.

Business Accounts

If a UC San Diego department would like  Business Use at they should:

1. Complete and submit the “Contact Us” form at the bottom of the Enterprise CarShare UC San Diego Faculty and Staff
2. The Enterprise CarShare team will:
   1. Schedule a 30-minute meeting with the contact to discuss department account setup.
   2. Build the department account in the CarShare system (1-2 business days).
   3. Send an enrollment link to the contact to begin enrolling department drivers.
3. The department contact sends enrollment information to any department member who wants to be a driver.

How It Works

• Drivers for Business Use must be 21+.
• Coverage for Business Use is $500 Retained Responsibility/MFR.
• Departments have the option to add an Account Authority who can view all department reservations, make reservations for department drivers and change/modify reservations.
• Departments can choose credit card payment or monthly billing.
• Members who have a Business Use account and personal account will have two login IDs and must use the correct ID when booking.
