UC San Diego encourages safe cycling and is working to create a more bike-friendly campus for students, faculty and staff.

- Know Before You Go virtual class Tuesday, May 6, noon–1 p.m. to prepare your bike before Bike Anywhere Day Thursday, May 15.
Bicycle Enclosures
Transportation Services operates bicycle enclosures that are open to all UC San Diego affiliate commuters with a valid UC San Diego One Card.
Locations:
- Gilman Parking Structure (2nd floor)
- South Parking Structure (4th floor - street level on north side)
- Torrey Pines Center South (2nd floor)
- Central Campus Station Bike Barn (east of trolley)
- Pangea Parking Structure (4th floor)
- Hopkins Parking Structure (east entrance)
- Theater District Parking Structure (three enclosures, 1st floor)
- Scholars Parking Structure (north entrance)
To request enclosure access, you must:
- Be active faculty, staff or student with UC San Diego One Card
- Complete the Bike Enclosure Access Request
- Receive an email confirming access and available locations (Processing and activation may take up to three business days.)
