Join and Earn at Participating Merchants
We’ve merged the two things we love most, riding and saving money. Affix a free Rider Rewards sticker to your favorite helmet, show it at participating merchants and receive a special Rider Rewards offer or discount. Our partners appear below and we’re just getting started. Check back often as we continue to grow.
Joining Rider Rewards is easy. Simply pick up a helmet sticker at UC Campus Bike & Skate, Gilman Service Center or any participating merchant. Once you’ve affixed your membership sticker to your helmet, you’re ready to get riding and earn rewards!

Enroll Your Business
The UC San Diego community loves your business and we’d like to have even more Tritons biking, scooting and skating to your door. UC San Diego’s Student Transportation Advisory Committee, Associated Students and Parking and Commuter Services invite you to join Rider Rewards as a participating business.
Your participation encourages micromobility ridership and safety by offering discounts to riders who show the Rider Rewards member sticker on their helmet. Your participation shows your business’ support for sustainability and safety values shared by the UC San Diego community and helps your business build brand loyalty and create repeat customers.
Participating businesses may choose their own level of support by offering exclusive benefits to program participants. Some options include:

- BOGO or “free with purchase” discounts
- Day of week or time of day discounts to drive sales during non-peak hours
We will recognize your business’ participation here (one of UC San Diego’s most-visited websites), in program emails, on/in program collateral and via a window-cling signs to display at your business. We would also be delighted to partner with you on the periodic announcement of additional time-bound promotions that align with your business cycle or events that resonate with program participants like Bike Anywhere Month.
Participating businesses will be invited to participate in campus events, including Rider Rewards Challenge Days, Bike to Work Day, commuter fairs and other events that share transportation information.
There is no cost to participate beyond the cost of the rewards you offer. We hope that you will join us in this important effort to reduce traffic, improve safety and encourage active lifestyles.
