Transportation, Parking and People Movement Survey

If you have opinions about parking and transportation at UC San Diego, this is your opportunity to share them.

Several regional transportation projects are underway that will change how we get to and around campus, including the construction and arrival of the UC San Diego Blue Line Trolley. Additionally, the Transportation Fee Referendum, passed in 2014, that provides students unlimited ridership on regional mass transit bus and trolley routes during academic quarters ends in 2019. A new transportation fee referendum will be needed to continue the U-Pass program.

We are conducting a comprehensive survey on commuter trends, preferences and perceptions to help us understand current commuting behaviors. Campus-affiliated faculty, students and staff have been sent an email with a unique access code that may only be used once by the recipient. Check your inbox for the email containing your unique access code number. Your feedback will help drive strategic planning efforts to better meet campus access needs and help us draft a new transportation fee referendum.

The survey will be available online through March 26. It should only take 10-15 minutes to complete. If you cannot complete the survey in one sitting, you may log in again and finish the survey at another time. Your responses are completely confidential.

In appreciation of your time and effort completing the survey, you will be automatically entered into a raffle to win $250 plus 10 days of A-permit parking or one of five $50 Amazon gift cards. All survey participants will be able to print a discount coupon for the UC San Diego Bookstore after completing the survey.
